Salva Carbonell Salomó (Mataró, 1974) is a Technical Engineer in Telecommunications and Graduated in Audiovisual Media from the EUPMT. Since in 1994 he won the second prize for stories from the weekly "El Tot Mataró" he has not stopped writing. He has won, among others, the UPCF prize (United for Science Fiction), the Arcàdia prize and the Plaça Europa Library historical micro-narrative competition. He co-presented for five years a radio program about cinema, "Cítrics de Cine". In 2012 he published "Final feliç i altres contes" where he collected all his writings so far. "The mysterious death of Nando Villar" is his first novel.
